Applied training programme for Digilians graduates

A six-week, hands-on programme at ITechPro for 45 top performers from the Ministry of Communications and IT's “Digilians” (الرواد الرقميون) initiative, turning what they learned into working products.

In support of MCIT's Digilians initiative, with the Egyptian Federation of Tourism Chambers

  • Trainees come from AI & data science, cybersecurity, AI-powered software development, applied AI & data analytics and business analytics tracks.
  • Squads build real hospitality systems — hotel, travel-agency and guest management — under ITechPro mentors.
  • An independent QA and security-testing cell, with standards-based requirements, design and KPIs, as in a real delivery team.
  • Curriculum designed in-house and delivered hybrid.

We work with universities to bring students closer to real projects, including a cooperation protocol with October University for Modern Sciences and Arts (MSA).

Training the tourism workforce

Digital platforms that train and certify tourism workers, delivered with the Egyptian Tourism Federation in collaboration with GIZ.

365 Matchup — decent work abroad

A labour-mobility platform that connects trained Egyptian hospitality professionals with verified employers abroad, replacing informal intermediaries with a transparent route.

  • Verified profiles: skills, training and documents.
  • Matching with employers' roles, starting with Malta and the Mediterranean.
  • A managed path from selection through training to placement.

Egypt Drives Safely (مصر بتسوق بأمان)

A national road-safety and safe-driving awareness initiative, with its training arm, the Road Safety Training Centre (المركز المصري للقيادة الآمنة).

  • Public awareness on safe driving and road behaviour.
  • Practical safe-driving training through the Road Safety Training Centre.
  • The Centre also delivers ITechPro's applied training programmes.

An app concept that connects people with visual disabilities in Egypt with sighted volunteers, alongside work on accessible tourism.

  • Volunteer help for reading, getting around, emergencies, shopping and leisure.

  • Part of a wider push for accessible tourism in Egypt.
