- What is the difference between Office 365 and Microsoft 365?
- Office 365 was the earlier name for Microsoft's cloud productivity suite. Microsoft 365 is the current name and adds device management and security to the same apps: Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint and OneDrive.
- Can you move our email without losing messages?
- Yes. We migrate mailboxes in planned waves and keep mail flowing during the move, then switch your domain records once every mailbox has been checked.
- Which Microsoft 365 plan does my organisation need?
- It depends on headcount, how people work and your security needs. We review your users and workloads and recommend a mix of plans instead of one plan for everyone.
- Do you support organisations outside Cairo?
- Yes. Microsoft 365 work is done mostly remotely, and we support organisations across Egypt and the region.
